Most CATs don’t take much class time, but they provide the teacher with very valuable information about what points of instruction might need more clarification. These techniques were popularized by Tom Angelo and Patricia Cross in their book?Classroom Assessment Techniques: A Handbook for College Teachers,?and are now widely implemented across subjects and levels. In this workshop, participants will learn how to use?Stop, Start, and Continue,?What Is the Muddiest Point?,?Directed Paraphrasing, and?Application Cards.?Furthermore, participants in this workshop will leave with a collection of other techniques and resources for teaching with CATs. 個人簡歷 Beth Gulley,美國籍,畢業(yè)于堪薩斯大學,專業(yè)為英語/非母語英語課程與教學。2007年至今,在美國堪薩斯州Johnson社區(qū)學院擔任英語副教授,教授英語寫作、介紹文學和小說,從事新教師培訓等工作。
